Shipping Policy for Goat Farm

  • Customs and Import Duties: Customers are responsible for customs and import duties. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
  • Fulfillment Time: The Shipping Options below list transit times do not include fulfillment time. Check the product description for specific shipping timelines, or contact us at contact@goatfarm.life for more details. 
  • Important for USPS Ground Advantage & USPS First Class International: No refunds, replacements, or store credit will be given if you choose USPS Ground Advantage or USPS First Class International. These shipping methods do not include insurance and have limited tracking. Because of this, USPS won’t investigate lost or damaged packages, and we can’t assist in recovering them. We recommend selecting a more reliable shipping method that allows for better tracking and includes insurance for added protection.
